We have worked with AMPA and Ted (the owner) directly for 5+ years. In those years AMPA has provided lighting, sound and decor for our organizations showcase events (annual awards dinner for 800+ and our symposium). You can imagine, it takes a certain skill to re-design an annual event so the attendees feel like they are having a different experience year over year. It takes a skill beyond basic design methods and it's hard to find but Ted and his team -- they have it! As a non-profit, budget is very important to us and as an event planner, of 13+ years, I have big ideas re: design. Ted and his team have been amazing at helping me re-imagine the event so my design fits my budget. The design, execution and service is always excellent and our attendees are amazed EVERY year.
