If you drive an even moderately nice car, avoid this place. I took my car in for low coolant & an oil change. After driving 2 blocks when they had "fixed" a coolant leak the low coolant light comes on. They proceed to tell me it's fine. 6 TIMES I had to go back to this shop for the same low coolant and check engine light for coolant. After over a grand spent & my time taken off from work, they send me to the dealer and admit no errors. In addition to that, I was told that I had to repair a deteriorating oil filter housing directly as a result of this shop's oil change using an inadequate oil filter. I have never given a bad review to an auto shop after using 5 other local shops, but this past month of incompetence and unaccountability for their work is unacceptable. ...read more

This company takes great pride in its mediocre to poor performance. If you bring it up with them they will simply tell you that you are confused and to like their "service" anyways. Nothing you do or explain helps them understand the issue, they persist in insisting it was just fine and then tell you to have a good weekend. Stay away. Stay far away. In fact run away! There have to be 1000 other places you could get a radiator. At least 999 of them would be a better choice. ...read more

I have been a customer for several years. Their work has always held up, and the one time that I had the same problem, they honored their warranty and didn't charge me anything to repair the vehicle. On this trip I had gone to another shop because I had moved. They quoted me over $1700, I took it to Cutshaw and they fixed the problem and did an oil change for $200. ...read more
