After waiting 3 hrs to be seen they informed me that my paper work was lost so I had to refill it out then wait an additional 30 mins. The next person I saw was a young lady who would rather be anywhere else but there. The woman who did the examine was nice enough but after waiting so long I was tired and she came off as annoying. Then to top it all off no one knew anything about insurance or even bothered to call and find out for me like most places will.
