If i could give this place 0,stars i would.... Went in to buy some hair.. When i asked the lady for help, she was on her phone, had a bad attitude, and acted like i was bothering her...Then when i asked her about the hair, she was totally clueless! No help at all...If you are going to own a hair store, at least know SOMETHING about it and not just sell it.... Or at least hire someone who do.....They have a pretty good selection, but the customer service was the absolute WORST! Makes u wonder if they even care about customers at all... o way to run a business! That was my first and last time going there...i cant tolerate rude people... They definitely lost a good customer because u couldn't pay me to go back there...I think some of these beauty supply owners need classes in business etiquette. Even tho they are not from here, manners and being nice is universal.... Save your time and go to the one off of Norview... They are alot nicer... ...read more

I have gotten my last 7 tattoos here and I won't go no where else. Go by there, you will like it. There prices a very reasonable compared to other shops in the area, plus they are nicer too. ...read more

Custom Cuts and Color is proud to announce our NEW LOCATION on Chesapeake Blvd. 8465 where the old " Jacks Barber Shop " was located for the past 60 years. We are very excited about the move and are extremely grateful for the opportunity to stay in Bayview/ OV area.
