This is a very nice facility and a great bargain. The coaches, however, made my 4 yr old daughter cry almost every time at the end of class. The coaches rarely, if ever, smile, two of them ganged up to force her to tell them thank you for a stupid little sticker, and their youngest "coach" is more intent on "challenging" 4 yr olds and making them say thank you to her, than she is on making sure they have fun and are safe...she has looked away to scold other children while spotting a child on the parallel bars more than once. I understand why they would have sub-par teachers...because a former employee says they are always paid late and sometimes not the correct amount. In addition, many of the teachers and older students are obese or bigger. That does not say much about the quality of their gymnastics program! I don't need my happy, active kid to be stressed out at preschool age by unqualified grumpy twentysomething coaches, so I swtiched her to world class gymnastics and she has a great time there. Yes it costs more, but her emotional health and happiness are worth it...she loves going to gymnastics class now. ...read more

I am highly dissatisfied with this store. Not only have the employees been untruthful, unresponsive, and difficult to deal with, they have made many errors. They ordered wrong items that I did not purchase, told me that my furniture was made of items that it was not, and told me that items were covered by insurance that were not. They have overcharged me for items and made many billing errors. In addition, many of the items that I received were damaged and poor quality. Overall, what was supposed to be a pleasant experience buying furniture has turned into many calls to this store, regional managers, corporate offices, Better Business Bureau, and finally legal counsel.
