I am highly dissatisfied with this store. Not only have the employees been untruthful, unresponsive, and difficult to deal with, they have made many errors. They have overcharged me for items and made many billing errors. In addition, many of the items that I received were damaged and poor quality. Overall, what was supposed to be a pleasant experience buying furniture has turned into many calls to this store, regional managers, corporate offices, Better Business Bureau, and finally legal counsel. I cannot warn other consumers enough about this store. ...read more
