Horrible horrible experience. They sold me a flat tire and then instead of replacing it with an actual tire that I could use the manager tried to explain that I hit something and sell me another tire! I visited this Meineke for an oil change. I also asked if they could take it for a test drive to listen to how the gears shift as it had been a little jerky lately. Well after this test drive they told me that my car died 2 times during the drive and there was just all of these things wrong with it. My car has never died on me so I had a very hard time believing it died twice within a 5 minute car ride. They tried to get me to make a quick decision of spending $850 to fix my car with the added statement, "It might not even fix the car." They try to scare you into making poor decisions which lead you to spending a ton of money. They were the last people to do an oil change on my car and when I got it back then there were new problems that I heard. Now that I have gotten it back again, there are more new problems.
