Company does not pay their employees on time- they have you sign a contract stating you may have to wait 30days to get paid. Paperwork for pay is turned in by the end of each month then you should get paid by the 15th. You turn in your paperwork by end of July and now its the end of August- which to me is 60days without a pay check- they still have not paid their employees. Its Labor day weekend... we have children going back to school. They don't care- if you complain you may get fired. Another thing they do is make you turn in extensive paper work weekly about the people you take care of and if they feel your paperwork is not up to thier liking then who knows how long you might have to wait for that pay. In an economy where people are living paycheck to paycheck, because their company has made them rich they don't care because you should have budgeted better. I may be a husband whose wife has lost her job.. who knows the situation!! I have never known of a more heartless set of people running a company in all my life!! We are in the business of helping people with special needs and mental disorders,.. autistic problems, behaviour problems etc.AND THIS IS HOW WE ARE TREATED!!No one in America lives like this!! Tried every listed phone number as well as the number agent gave me to return a call - all I get is a ring but no one ever answers. Do tthey really have phones at this office? ...read more

Even if you need specific information to your Claim, it is best to call 1 800 772 1213 after 5pm Eastern time; the 800 number can send a message to the Newport News office, or any other office for a call back or whatever information you need to give. If you have been given a direct call back number to a Claims Representative at the NN office, you can always call after 3:45pm and leave a message for them.
