I had the same issue. My account was paid in full in a timely manner but they still reported it to the credit bureau. My score dropped 20 points. I immediately called and they said "Oh, that shouldn't have been reported, we'll have that taken off your report". Wow! ...read more

I got a new phone number a few months ago and these poor excuses for people have been calling me every day since looking for someone I have never even heard of. They call at all hours of the day and night, and every time I tell them to remove my number, they tell me okay and the next day they call again like clockwork. They are wasting my time, minutes and money and I'm sick of it. Avoid these people at all costs!!
