My mother has lived at the Hidenwood for a few months now. The customer service and care she receives is untouchable. From the start with the marketing manager Lynn, to the caregiving by the nurses like Debbie it has been such a pleasure. My mom is happy, healthy and eats some of the best food in town. My little sister has lost 10-15 pounds since being in this facility and has gained several black eyes. There is never anyone in her unit to answer the phone. I call almost everyday between 7 and 9 (calling hours) and it always rings once and goes to voicemail/answering machine. Apparently no one is being paid to answer the phone. I have a very low opinion of this facility. They have been entrusted with the physical and emotional welfare of our youth and seem to lack even the basic skills needed to perform the simplest of job functions (i.e. answering a phone).
