I would like to thank you for the fast, friendly & great job that was performed on my 32" Samsung. I was told that the tech would be at my home between 2:00 - 2:30, & he was right on time. I showed him what was wrong with the TV & after looking at it, went to the truck & got the part to fix it. The whole repair took about 25min from the time he arrived till he left. Normally I would be told that it would take 2-3 days (sometime weeks) to fix my TV, so I am very happy right now. This has been the best experience I have ever had for a repair.
