County Waste comes the Richmond area and try's to monopolize household waste services. After trying to get customers to switch to their company for a lower price than its competitors, they send a form letter within 6 months telling their customers they need to raise prices. Yet the letter didn't specify the cost. When calling to inquire you cannot get a live person but a recording to leave a message. When canceling service they want to know what company you are changing to, which is irrelevant. Pick up times vary. After canceling my service to become effective 1 Aug 2014 (w/notification in July) County Waste picked up there can one week early. So I paid for a pick up in July that they didn't do.
