Excellence in customer service is not just a motto at this State Farm Agency. After being given a cancellation notice from progressive, I decided to explore my options. A gentleman named Michael quickly made me feel at home in this small 3 person agency. A smile on his face, Michael worked dilligently with my information to provide a quote for me that came out far below that of progressive's for my auto insurance. When a question was not able to be answered by this new representative, the senior in the office, Fawad Khan, dropped what he was doing just to give me an accurate answer.
