I purchased a ring ONE year ago. At the time of the purchase I bought their corporate insurance (waste of money). The ring recently bent and I took it into Shaw's for repair. They returned my ring looking VERY differently than I purchased in from them. Now going on 7 weeks of trying to get my ring back to its original state. They told me it was because the "new" way of setting it was stronger. The SAME day I got my ring back the "new" way my diamond twisted in the head. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service!!! I asked the owner to send my watch overseas to the Swiss manufacturer for repair and battery replacement (I specifically requested this so that it would maintain warranty, water resistance and seal). The owner attempted to fix onsite and gouged and damaged my watch. He then said he would send it to the Swiss manufacturer for full repair. He had it for THREE mos. and only sent it to Anytime Watch Repair, Chantilly (check reviews on Merchant Circle). They returned the watch 3 mos. later, not fully repaired. They could not produce a shipping invoice to or from the Swiss manufacturer. Then ANYTIME said they had a part and could do it themselves. I'm not going to allow them to do any more work on it. See other reviews. There are concerns about watches failing after they do the repairs and then do not warranty them. Now I have to pay to find another jeweler to send to the watch overseas to the manufacturer for full repair and integrity inspection. BEWARE OF NADA & ANYTIME WATCH REPAIR! ...read more
