These guys will recommend extra repairs that don't need to be done or not actually do repairs that you agreed to have done on your vehicle. They are good at recommend extra repairs that do not actually need to be done. Our experience that they recommended a repair to be done and we agreed to it only they did not do the repair and we eventually had to take it to another shop because they would not honor their warranty on the repair. We are now out $800.00 for a repair they did not do. They also will damage your vehicle and argue that it did not happen at their shop because you did not say anything about it before you drove away (which is not always possible if it is not physically obvious at the time). I have been a customer with this location approximately 3 years I made an appointment a week in advance for an oil change and tire repair. When I arrived I was told it would take about 1.5 - 2 hours. I returned 2 hours later to find NOTHING had been done to my car. What's the point in making an appointment if you can not fulfill it?
