My husband and I went to tour their facilities for our Boston Terrier, Dexter. Debbie told us that Dexter would need a shot if we decided to board, but we it clear that we were interested in nothing more than a tour. Upon our arrival we were whisked into an examination room for a "free" complimentary exam. The doctor told us that this was standard annd made conversation while he examined Dexter. He then gave Dexter a shot. Only after this exam were we invited back to see the facilities. Within moments we decided that we will never leave our dog there. After leaving we called Debbie to ask if we owed payment for Dexter's shot, she said yes and since the situation was already akward, we paid it. Then we talked about it and decided that the miscommunication was not our fault. The doctor did not agree and made that exceedingly clear when we called back to inquire about a refund.
