They told my family Dr. that "they do take our goverment insurance". We saw them for 3 months and they billed our insurance 6 times, and they billed us to. They did give us back a complete refund, after I called the manager, which was very rude to me, when I said they were double billing. A month before my daughters surgery, we got a letter saying they don't take our insurance, and they had billed our insurance by mistake for the last three months. The surgery was $ 4200.00 for 31/2 hour ear drum removal. We billed the insurance for the surgery and they gave us $1200.00, but we owed Blue Ridge the rest. We asked if we could get a partial credit they said no! They take Madicare but no our insurance! The Estimate for her surgery also said some post opt. follow up visits were free. We called billing to check and they said our last follow up appointment would be free. After the apointment she said " I never said it was free". It was $300.00 for that last check up. ...read more
