I came across Mimi Decor online while searching for someone to decorate a banquet hall for my bridal shower. Upon first meeting her, I found Mimi to be very professional and enthusiastic. I gave Mimi a down payment to confirm the intended service. She promised to provide a copy of the contract a few days after our meeting. 4 weeks passed by without a word from Mimi. She did not respond to my emails or return my calls. Finally a few days before the event, Mimi contacted me and demanded that I provide a final payment for the service.
