TruGreen's customer service has been a challenge at times. When I call the call center, I am not able to speak to the local office so it's difficult sometimes to explain the challenges I'm experiencing. This has caused billing errors which took a decent amount of time to resolve. Also, I'm not sure that I've ever seen someone come out and actually completely evaluate my lawn recently, like the commercial shows, but I can't say since I'm not usually home.
