After having difficulty with a recently purchased television set from a big-box store, the manufacturer put me in touch with Tyler's TV to assist with investigating my problem with the set. Although the set manufacturer may not get high marks for customer service, I must give them some credit for assigning Tyler's TV for the repairs..... the prompt, professional and courteous manner in which Tyler's TV responded was extremely refreshing (after my less than satisfactory experience with the set manufacturer) - thanks to their years of experience in the field of television service and repair, Tyler's TV was able to resolve the issues with my set, leaving me A SATISFIED CONSUMER.
