Terrible service. They take too long, charge too much, and don't seem to care about their customers. When you are in need of road-side assistance, you want someone you can trust, and who is courteous. Rita at Glen Allen Towing just doesn't care about her customers at all. She assured me a tow truck within an hour, but when I waited over an hour and called back, she said she didn't know how long it would take and it would get there later. I had my little kids with me, I couldn't wait an indefinite amount of time for a tow truck. I called Fletcher's Towing (they changed their name to I'm Broke Down).
