Between lack of communication among technicians and a new excuse as to why my computer was not fixed, I will never use this company again. Excuses ranged from getting my permission to reformat more than one time, to they couldn't get it to boot, to "I don't know if it's a hardware or software problem". This is the absolute worst company to work with in Harrisonburg - take your business to Circuit City or another repair shop. ...read more
