Good post to the previous review. This place has been writing their own reviews and posting them for some time. My personal experience with this shop was similar, when they couldn't figure out the solution, it became my fault and problem. It is interesting that you see several of these reviews out there without author name claiming this is a honest, reliable shop, yet others claiming the opposite. Tells me that this shop is neither honest nor consistent. If so, there would be more 2-4 star ratings and not just 1 or 5. Only my opinion, and my review, so I urge anyone looking to have work done here spend time speaking with previous customers, other mechanics, and management. If you were going to screw me the way this shop did. First off, they need to change their name to "we work on Toyota". I took my 96 Honda in for service and had a terrible experience. After returning to the shop more than half dozen times due to improper or unfinished work, I was told that my car couldn't be repaired by this shop. Let me save you $1500 and a lot of hassle; "this place can't fix your car". Wish they had come forward and told me this before locking my money away in the drawer and sending me home with a still broken car. The ownership also accused me of "driving the car too hard". He came to this conclusion after I stated that the car had a miss around 3500rpm. Without ever checking, he told me 3500rpm was extremely high and I was damaging my vehicle. So genius, why is it that Honda released the specs this car in 1995 stating 106 HP@6200rpm? Were they destroying every car tested?! Or v-tech engaging @ 4200rpm?
