I bought an "as is" electrical appliance and asked the sales woman to test it out for me because it was a final sale. However, before she started to help me, her friend had just entered the store. She told me that the reason it was "as is" was because the decoration had fallen off and the appliance was fine. I knew this, but didn't want to risk buying a busted appliance since it was not returnable. I asked her again, and she flatly grumbled that she would have to go to the back of the store to get a part to test it out. She reluctantly tested the product, rang up the sale, showed no manners or customer service, and immediately joined her friend once the sale was complete.
