When a company goes out of its way to help, it should be noted. I broke down on the side of I-66 near Front Royal on Sunday 12/12/10. I called Tharpe and they sent Jimmy out. He could not have been more helpful. He helped me until the problem was solved and I was on my way again. Don't hesitate to call them for help because they deliver it! You hear so many horror stories about towing ripoffs. I was treated very fairly and after about an hour I was back on the road again. Really can't say enough, it was just a great experience...for a breakdown, that is. ;-) ...read more
