A very simple leak replacing a wax ring turned into a worse leak when the contractor came to our house. He stunk and his shoes were dirty.....expecting that is what a plumber would consider to be appropriate?? He made the leak worse and when asked to return there is no call back no show for over five days. I can not get in touch with anyone other than the answering service that promised all day that I would get a call back and I did not. I wasted a whole day of my vacation on a nice hot sunny day and no one showed up or called. I now have water in my basement and a toilet that is leaking. I do not work hard all year to go through this on my vacation. DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER! Tried to help an elderly neighbor, her water heater sprang a leak. Got the model number and found out the water heater was under a full warranty all she was responsible for was the labor. Called the manufacturer and they assured that the unit was in stock on Rte 17 ready to be picked up. Called the phone number of the original installer that was on the water heater, Comfort Control and informed them of the situation. They didn't seam to be too eager to respond to the home or the contract...but their estimate - to install the unit was evidence enough....$650.00 !!!!!\r\n\r\nI informed them that this was highway robbery in the middle of a Great Depression and we found a more reliable plumber/handyman off of Craigslist for $150.00\r\n\r\nDon't use 'commercial' thieves folks, start using common sense and find other people out there willing to negotiate a fair price on Craigslist. Federal Air Condition tax credits are back!!! GOOD NEWS! As of January 1, 2013, Federal Tax Credits have been retroactively reinstated! The American Taxpayer Relief Act of 2012 has extended the Federal Tax Credits̢۪ original expiration date of December 31, 2011, to December 31, 2013.
