Americas Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

Tech was rude to my one year old saying she was talking up a storm and needed to be quiet. Well that's was an hour and a half after waiting wth do you expect. Then told her she's a big girl act like one while I was getting my tests done. I will NEVER go to this place again. I'll be getting my Rx and goes somewhere else to buy my contacts. This place is the biggest joke. I'm a healthcare professional and know the correct way to treat a patient and they surely don't. ...read more

Americas Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I visited America's Best before making an appointment. I specifically wanted to make sure i could get my PD, since I wanted the option to order some glasses online. They said this wouldn't be a problem. My eye appointment felt rushed and they tried to push me to pay extra for some additional tests. The frames I picked out were 'clearance', which means you get the ones on the shelf, most of the affordable ones were clearance. The technician who took my order kept trying to add on the expensive 'options' until I said NO, just the basic lenses. After much haggling and making him change the order several times I got single vision prescription sunglasses and the very plainest reading glasses for $155, no where near $69! He refused to write down my PD, even after the optician directed him to on my form, I had to write it down myself. When I went to pick up my glasses, I was met with more rudeness. The tech didn't even want to adjust them to fit me. Don't go here! ...read more

Access Eye Centers

Excellent! My mother saw Dr. Mansouri for her cataract surgery a year ago and couldn't stop talking about how wonderful he was. Last week I had an eye emergency and immediately thought of Access Eye. I was able to be seen right away. The staff was friendly and helpful. I know I was a bit of a pain because my PCP had not sent my referral but they called and spoke to the PCP's office and helped ms get it taken care of. Dr. Mansouri and his nurses were so kind. He answered all my questions and I got in and out in less then an hour. Thanks, Access Eye! My husband and I will be back next week to see Dr. Biscombe(sp?) for our exam for new glasses.
