Radley has exceeded my expectations of what to expect from a dealership service department. You are very fortunate to have the employees that you have, who truly know what it means to give excellent customer service. Ruby Sweetman is a wonderful competent professional person to schedule appointments with and is very responsive to any correspondence regarding scheduling and Quotes. I have had 3 different people in service and each one has been courteous and professional in their own right, and this last time was no exception.
