Currently if I could give this office a 0 I would! They have been very unprofessional in handling a very important child case recently. Therapist dropped the ball and didn't send paperwork as requested or even schedule the child correctly, then office manager was extremely nasty and unprofessional on the matter when asked about the situation. Best landlords I've dealt with for many years. 24 hr service means when I was locked out of my apartment in the early hours of the morning (lost my keys) they had someone come let me in. I've not had any other major problems in the past year but it means a lot to me to know they are there when I need them for emergencies. They have always been very responsive. I saw a couple trash reviews and wonder what kind of people would write such things - probably the ones who love to complain about everything! ...read more
