The contractor called me right a way, came out within 2 hours, gave me a quote in writing. He then came out within 1 day to complete the job. He and his helper worked the entire day and did an incredible job! I was so pleased and would highly recommend him others!!! Thank you so much! ...read more

I hired this company to refinish the hardwood floors and sreps in my foyer and hallway. What a DISASTER!!!! The sanding was uneven and many areas were never finish sanded. The steps were left uneven and were only rough sanded on the sides and in the corners. The stain and poly was not evenly applied and numerous areas were left bare. The dust from the sanding was not properly removed prior to application of stain and poly, so all of the floors and steps has thousands of little bumps. They managed to get stain all of our freshly painted walls and doors. The machinary was allowed to run down the walls and leave long scratches. When we tried to ask they it be corrected, all we got was a lot of descriptions about how hard they worked. Now they will not return calls nor will they answer emails/txt messages.
