DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I took an Oreck in there because it was not getting any suction, and they said the clip for the bag was missing and that some wires were frayed. They wouldn't touch it for less than $50, and that was just to diagnose the problem. I got the clip, but when I got it home it wasn't even the complete part. It's like if you took a car with a broken engine to a mechanic and he said you need a new radio. Did I mention that they don't do refunds or exchanges? All sales are final. No exceptions. They will try to sell you these "Simplicity" vacuums. Who sells that brand? Good luck finding them on the Internet. Everything about this place is shady. ...read more
