Bought a Mobile Auto Detail package on Deal Chicken for $62.June - I first called in June and was told I'd have to wait until the end of July. Appointment was made for July 25 at 10 am. July 25 - No one showed. I called and was told that it was on the books for 1 pm. I had a 1 pm Dr appt so they said they would have to get back to me to see if someone could come after I2 pm. No one ever called. July 27 - I called twice, left messages.July 28 - Got a VM back on July 28th telling me that I was on a priority list. However, I was given no suggested dates or times.July 31 - I called back. Left a message. Got no call back.Aug 3 - Called again. Rescheduled for August 9 at 1 pm. Aug 9 - Have been home all morning and afternoon but no one showed or called at 1 pm. I waited until 2 pm and tried to call but got a message that the mailbox is full.
