Capital Investment has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. Purchasing a home should be one of the most important steps in ones life. If you come across any homes being sold by this company please run! Also, be mindful that they go by the name Fairfax Management LLC as well. I had a ratified contract with this company; however they were still taking other offers- even though we had an exclusive contract. Once the inspection results were returned to them, the "manager" refused to return my agents calls, emails, or faxes, and of course the inspection revealed many electrical, plumbing, and structural issues. They do quick shoddy rehab jobs, and their homes are not worth the money that they are trying to cheat people out of. I was in the process of purchasing a home from this company, however due to their inability to follow through and sheer unprofessionalism the contract had to be voided. From my experience, the management is unethical and I would never consider doing business with them again. I've lost money and do not want anyone else to make the same mistake.
