I can not belive this. They want $25 to pick up their trash can of my r property. When I called and canceled the service they said nothing about this. I had called 3 times for them to come out and get their can they told me they were runing 2 months behind on picks. Not once did they mention anything about a charge to pick up their trash can, which was on my property and thery were told to come and get it off . If they are going to charge me for that then I am charging them 25 per month for 2 months for the use of my yard to store their can on. ...read more

I just moved to the area, and I've only been signed up for about a month and a half with AAA. Spotty service throughout the first month, but pretty reliable for the past 2 weeks. Everyone I have talked to on the staff seems to be very nice and polite. My complaint is with the alleged "supervisor", Moya (sp?). When I finally got through to her, I guess I was really just looking for someone to explain my story to and I hoped for a nice generic apology. Instead, she went on the defensive immediately and used an accusatory tone as if I was to blame and she never apologized or sounded at all contrite. I'm sure there is nothing to be done about this, but I thought I'd share. She is not the lady you want to talk to when you call AAA - don't ask for a manager, I would advise to just keep calling back until you reach a staff person who can help you. ...read more
