I hired this attorney to represent me in a speeding/reckless driving case - 88 in a 65 on highway 75. I paid him in full, and he continued the first court date. I never received notice of a second date or a return call from his office when I called to check up on the case. I then got a notice from the court in the mail that the case had been tried and I was found guilty, and my license was suspended. The court clerk said she was 100% sure he did not show and I was not represented. The police officer who pulled me over had told me that I could probably go to driving school and keep points off my license without an attorney, but I wanted representation. The attorney claimed via e-mail to have been there - and to have sent me an e-mail afterwards - but I am 100% positive I did not get an e-mail, and the court clerk seemed adamant that I did not have an attorney there.
