Got tires there and upon leaving my car had a loud, clunking noise. Had just pulled out of the driveway. Came back and they looked at it and said it was fine, nothing wrong. Left the business driveway again to the main road, and again a loud clunking and the car lurched forward. Turned right around and went back. Someone who appeared to be in charge took the tire off, cleaned the brake rotor and scolded the employee saying, "You have to be careful..." Then he just disappeared. I waited 20 minutes. They put the tire on - still no explanation, no guy. He just left. The next day I had a flat tire. I called and they told me to bring it back. How can I do that?? I can't drive on a flat tire for 3 miles. After much talk with the mgr., they towed me back and gave me a new tire. I thought that was very nice. However, now a tire is rubbing terribly, making a loud noise, and smelling. Back again I go! I might just take it somewhere reliable and pay to have I fixed correctly. Not worth the trouble.
