Kathy Braswell is probably the most unprofessional property manager I have ever encountered. She has received over $1000 and has done little to earn it. She does not care about the mortgage I have to pay every month when selecting tenants. I currently have a family that is 2 months behind on their rent and she is acting timid about evicting them. When the tenants were paying I rarely received my rental payment in a timely manner. There is always some "great excuse" when questioned about why things aren't done on time.
