My company tried her service in Oct., 2008. She offered us a great deal on promotional products we needed in a rush. We paid up front and were not delivered the number of products or the variety promised. We were told we would get a credit or the rest of the order later. After several attempts to reach Jeanette Mayo, she sent an email saying the deal was completed and that was final. Since the order was charged to a credit card, the bank contacted her on our behalf and we were told by the bank rep that Ms. Mayo was very ugly and rude over the phone to them.
