I find that David at the store is a decent person but the owner Tom is extremely rude, moody and unprofessional. He is the only one who can give you pricing and he basically charges you what he feels like charging at the time. He charged our neighbor $400 to close their pool and he wanted to charge us $285. We asked him for a invoice and a contract. He never did it. Tried to contact him numerous times . Finally gave up and contacted someone else. It is going to cost us $125 to close. His pool service staff makes you buy only the products they use and it turns out they were putting in too much chlorine and bioshock. ...read more
