Unbelievable how long it takes just to get the office to answer the phone during normal business hours. When they do pick-up the call is either immediately disconnected or you are placed on hold that lasts from 10-20 minutes. No exaggeration. After a rather lengthy 22 minute hold I asked to speak to the office manager. I was placed on hold again and here I wait. It has been another 10 minutes. So glad my child is not in crisis right now. I will never submit my child to this type of avoidant treatment. This was my experience just trying to get an initial appointment. I finally hung up after 25 minutes. I will take my business elsewhere. What use is this doctor if you can't even get past the front office staff? ...read more
