I wish I had read the Yelp reviews before I ordered my two vouchers. One star is one too many for this company. Hard to reach, full of excuses, and RUDE in the end. I’m glad I cancelled before my appointment date - I’m not sure I would trust them to actually get here.After I called and (had to leave a message - they haven’t answered the phone all week) told them i had cancelled my Living Social vouchers, they called at 10:45 pm to apparently confirm the appointment I tried all week to confirm. Mr. Ego called me “manic” and told me his $4 million dollar business “didn’t need my little $30 (actually two $49) vouchers.” He hollered at me, insulted me - acted like a prime, well, I was going to say jackass, but that would be an insult to that fine animal. When they say Nooks and Crannies, they really mean that they clean the nooks and crannies! They have extremely pleasant staff within the office and cleaners! They always try to do whatever they can to ensure that the customers are happy with their cleaning! If they notice something extra, they normally always go the extra mile to get it taken care of!
