We have used PJ Networks for our business computers at the office and also have taken several home computers to their local shop. They have always done outstanding work and charged us very reasonably. Forget the Geek Squad or letting your cousin work on your computer. PJ Networks is the way to go! If you're looking for a good deal on a refurbished computer or laptop, they have a nice selection of Windows 7 systems, too. All you can find at the "big name" stores these days is Windows 8. We had some other company in here fiddling around with the network for 3 hours, and they didn't figure out a thing. We called PJ Networks the next day and an engineer showed up within an hour. He quickly identified the problem as being a faulty switch, and he actually had a spare one in his Jeep! 20 minutes later we were able to do business again, and everything was back up and running. It may have seemed like a simple problem for them, but all I know is that when our network is down we can't do business. I think that we've found our new computer support team! J.
