This company says their goal remains 100% complete customer satisfaction. This is not true at all -- They did a job for us and it was not done to our satisfaction. We asked them to come back -- Linda Riner returned one of my phone calls three weeks later. She told me a day they would come to finish up on two occasions and they did not show up on either day. Now she is not returning my calls at all. This company is only out to make some quick cash. They don't care about any customer satisfaction. We made a huge mistake and hired them to remove our tree stumps. They were going door to door looking for business which should have been a huge "red flag". Mike and the crew of Final Touch Tree Service are friendly, knowledgeable and competitively priced. We called in their services to remove a large leaning oak tree on our property that was in danger of doing great damage if it fell on its own. The huge job (which involved a crane) was completed in a matter of hours, We now have peace of mind and firewood for life. As well, Mike spotted another tree that looked damaged to him and recommended we cut it down. Sure enough, the tree had a huge hole in its center at the base and was definitely in need of removal before it did damage to our home. Thank you, Mike and crew, for your great work.
