We had some other company in here fiddling around with the network for 3 hours, and they didn't figure out a thing. We called PJ Networks the next day and an engineer showed up within an hour. He quickly identified the problem as being a faulty switch, and he actually had a spare one in his Jeep! 20 minutes later we were able to do business again, and everything was back up and running. It may have seemed like a simple problem for them, but all I know is that when our network is down we can't do business. I think that we've found our new computer support team! J.
