They came out to the house to inspect and were nice and courteous. We scheduled an appointment with them to come back and apply a treatment, and they never showed. The employee who was supposed to apply the treatment called 2 hours and 40 minutes late to say that he was on the way, but by that time i was already leaving home. I forgave him and asked him to come next week at the same time. Next week comes and the same thing happens. They don't show up, and they don't even bother to call this time. When I call them, the gentleman says that they told him to go to another job, and he apologized. So I call the person who did the inspection. He won't answer my calls. Instead, he calls a receptionist in their office to call me. She offers to reschedule, but that is it. No offer of a discount or a free treatment to compensate me for the time i wasted waiting on them to come. I won't do business with them, nor will I recommend them to anyone. ...read more
