I live in Virginia Beach but I am in town visiting family from time to time. I have always been well treated and given a beautiful haircut and style at this salon. From the time I walk in, until the time I walk out, the service is outstanding. The atmosphere is nice too. I miss going to school/ i dropped out about 8 or 10 yrs ago. things have changed so much in the hair field.At the time i went to school, i worked full time and had two children,and lived away from the school.Now im older ,kids are grown, and i do everyone in the famliys hair.I had a hard time with the book work part.But the hands on i loved.. All I can figure is that Spectrum Salon does not need our business! I left two messages that I wanted to make an appointment...no one called. On the third attempt, the girl I actually wanted to cut my hair answered the phone, made the appointment then didn't bother to show up for it!
