They were courteous, fast, clean, and helpful! I went in for a state inspection and oil change and they honored my coupons with no problem and there were no hidden charges. They came back after an hour or so and said my rear shock was leaking fluids and asked if I wanted it replaced since it wouldn't pass inspection. I said yes but they came back about 10 minutes later and said that it actually _was_ allowed to pass inspection and I didn't have to get it done that day (aka, it's clear they just weren't lying to make an extra buck). My son's car broke down on his way back to Va Tech. Not knowing where else to take it, I had the car towed to Auto Experts because of some good online reviews. Being 200 miles away, I was concerned about being overcharged, or sold work the car really didn't need. However, Jay was very personable and professional with me on the phone. He explained exactly what he suspected was needed, citing his experience with VWs and their typical failures. His diagnosis was spot-on, and the work was very resonably priced.
