Horrible, unreliable, and unorganized service! Dispatch lost my service ticket, but claimed they never had one! I had called this business on two occasions, first to open an account for oil and propane and two, to schedule an appointment for delivery. So when I asked when a refill could be scheduled AGAIN, the dispatch manager literally stated since automatic refill customers were prioritized over call in fuel customers, it would probably be a week or so.
