I visited Karen last after my mother passed away. Lots of family dynamic changes when that happened... She allowed me to just regurgitate all my fears and taught me skills to cope with the anxiety that I felt. Counselor extrordinaire! Though I am emotionally healthy again, I would make an appointment just to "catch up"! lol Enjoyed talking with her and also sharing some experience with a field that I am familiar with with her.
