Took my Electrolux vaccum cleaner in for repair on 12/2. John, the owner, diagnosed the problem and told me the repairs would be $100 and take no more than 20 minutes. At the end of the 20 minutes, he presents me with an invoice of $150 and says "oops, it cost more than I thought." At no time did he discuss with me beforehand the jump in price or explain why.
